The Person

Well first of all, I try not to take myself too seriously, so it's hard for me to think about what I want to say about myself!  I grew up in Florida with a large family. My enitre family has Art running through their veins. My Grandfather was a professional photographer, Mom and Dad both have artistic qualities, and I think all of my sibblings have a knack for being creative one way or another! So here I am, married with children and wondering how in the world am I going to channel my passion into something beautiful, productive, fulfilling, and find bliss all at the same time!? But seriously, I sometimes feel like photography is my drug.

I am 6 years married with three sweet boys, 4, 2, and 5 months. (I'm going to have to keep that updated...). I love my family dearly, I love my Heavenly Father and going to church, I'm a good girl, and I never INTEND to offend anybody :) I'm very gullible, goofy, and an all around happy-go-lucky person.

The Photographer

Why Photography?  Oh goodness, I need an outlet, I LOVE people, I love love, and I LOVE adorable little baby fat rolls. I HAVE to create, I can't breathe without that.  Though being a full time mom and homemaker takes up most of my time and energy, I just can't keep myself from obsessing and dreaming about being an amazing wedding Photographer.  Over the past 4 years in the wedding industry, I feel like I've become a regular wedding junkie!  By recognizing the latest styles and wedding trends, I am prepared to capture everything that is unique and beautiful at your wedding and wrap it all up into an amazing timeless package.  And that amazing package is the work of art you will walk away with when the day is all said and done.  How well do you want to remember it?

Pricing

A typical portrait session is $150.  This includes children (1-2 subjects), families, and high school seniors. 

  • Child portrait sessions…Your child will be photographed in a relaxed and natural way that will emulate his/her own unique personality.   I will do my best to bring out their best expressions and make it a fun experience for all!  Your child will be able to choose from a variety themes, like balloons or lolipops, to compliment their photography session.  An additional $50. will be required for each additional child after the first two.
  • Family portrait sessions…I will admit that photographing families is not one of my stronger points!  Trying to get that perfect 8×10 where everybody is looking at the camera like sweet little angels is so much harder than it looks!  In efforts to create an fun and relaxed environment, I’ll ask everyone to just have fun, joke around, and tickle as much as possible.  This usually results in more candid and spontaneous images to choose from.  Personally, I like those ones better anyway.
  • High school seniors…Ahhh yes, to be young and beautiful!  This stage of life is so fun and I love these photoshoots!  We’ll play with clothes, hair, and make-up…well, at least for the girls.  For the boys, we focus on their hobbies, sports, or other interest, while capturing their dynamic personalities as well. 

Wedding packages begin around $2,200.  All wedding packages are customizable to your needs!  You will be able to add things to your package based on your personal preferences.  (Hourly rates are available as well)

  • Weddings are my truest love and my favorite thing to photograph!!  I am honored to be a part of such an amazing day, and I do everything I can to get the best pictures for all of my bride and grooms.  Your wedding day is something you’ll want to remember forever, so let me help you with that!  F.Y.I., all wedding packages will include an engagement session.  This is for the purpose of getting to know each other SO well that you will be comfortable doing the crazy things I’m going to ask you to do on the big day…no, just kidding, but seriously, we will be spending quite a bit of time together that day.  I always feel better going into things prepared, and an engagement shoot is the best way for all of us!  Plus it’s super fun.
